EVNTA

Privacy policy

Effective October 3, 2026

EVNTA helps people discover events, reserve tickets, and manage events. This page explains the information used to provide those services.

Information we use

When you sign in with Google, EVNTA receives your verified email address to create your account session. Google does not give EVNTA your Google password. If you use email and password sign-in, EVNTA stores your email address and a protected password record.

When you use the site, EVNTA may store your name, contact details, event details, ticket and check-in records, support messages, and communication preferences. Paid transactions may involve payment and order information handled by Stripe. EVNTA uses essential session cookies to keep you signed in.

How we use information

We use this information to authenticate accounts, create and manage events, issue and deliver tickets, process payments and refunds, respond to support requests, protect the service, and send event or marketing messages when you have chosen to receive them.

Who receives information

Information needed to provide an event or ticket may be available to its organizer and authorized team members. We use service providers for hosting, Google sign-in, email delivery, text messaging, and payment processing where those features are used. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect the service and its users.

Your choices

You can stop using Google sign-in and revoke EVNTA access in your Google Account settings. You can use the unsubscribe or opt-out options in marketing messages. For questions about your information or to request access or deletion, email michael@digitalmogul.com. Some records may need to be kept for transactions, security, or legal obligations.

Updates

We may update this policy as the service changes. The current version will be available on this page.
